Also helps strengthen core and other muscles much better than just plain workouts alone. The science behind vibration plates is fascinating. They have been extremely prohibitively expensive until recent years these home units became available. They aren't as good as a 3k traditional vibe plate, but it's not practical unless you're doing serious training and protocol.
