This promotion has been around since march. It's been posted multiple times. The actual % off promotion that you will see on your account will depend on whether you used this promotion recently, your standing with Amex and your standing with Amazon. If you spend a lot on Amazon, your office will be bad, assuming you get one at all. They figure they already got your business and there is no point in giving you free money.

Once this promotion expires on the 15th of this month, there will be a new one. So check back then.
