Magic the gathering, marvel superheroes play booster display box. (30) - 15 card play booster packs per box at forged and fire gaming.

I think the typical MSRP for these online is about $129 bucks, before tax and shipping.

This one's $104.95 , after tax and shipping ($5) to me in Michigan, I paid $116.25

Thought this would be worth adding, I have bought from forged and fire gaming about two times before.

Not a huge data set, but there is never been an issue yet!

My good buddy who is super into magic, recommended them to me about 3 months ago. Right around the time I got back into magic after a 25-year hiatus.

Not sure how to answer that. What defines "good" in terms of collection? If you mean, is it easy to get a complete set (one of everything from the base set), you could probably get 80% of the way there from 2 booster boxes. Most (not all) of the singles are fairly reasonable so you could get whatever you missed. Now i you're talking about getting all of the special art treatments then you want collector boosters and they're much more expensive and the collecting becomes a complete money pit, as in $1000s of dollars.

If collecting is your only aim, surely there's Marvel trading cards out there somewhere?
