Ehhhhh that's a lot of bullion! Great price if you are serving 200 people and need it. But damgggggg 10lbs?

This stuff supposedly lasts forever, I don't see why it wouldn't work. You can freeze homemade reduced stock no problem

Great deal but I would never use this much in my lifetime. I don't have room in my freezer.

I add a 1/2 tsp of the chicken bouillon to my top ramen broth and a dash of Maggi. Crack a raw egg in and mix. I use half the amount of water, just enough to barely cover my top ramen. Really classes things up

No. It's like a better bouillon cube. Basically reduced broth that can be used to make soup or add flavor to other things.

BTB is good stuff. I use the chicken, beef and seafood base all the time. This is a little much for home cooking.

For comparison they cost $5 for 8oz. jars at walmart. I've been using the veggie version. I also have some Knorr flavor base in my S&S delivery.
