Bought two a couple weeks ago for bedrooms. One looked brand new the other one looked slightly used. They both came with all the parts and the consumables parts were new. That's the risk you take with reburb but I'm still happy with my purchase. Integrated them into Home Assistant and they sync with our main thermostat.

Might be better to spend another $30-40 and get heat. I do like Hisense units, more than Midea.

I have a couple of the Midea dual hose inverter units and they are great, maybe this one will fare well also.

Ugh I ordered and just got my single hose adapters on my current unit. I do want to toss it for a dual but it works so damn well.

This has been a great unit. Definitely better than previous single hose unit. Integration and app has been great so far. It looked brand new. Would recommend so far.

Integrate them with ConnectLife (https://github.com/oyvindwe/connectlife-ha) and then use Climate Group Helper (https://github.com/bjrnptrsn/clim...oup_helper) to link/sync them. You get them via HACS. Climate Group Helper is used to create the climate device groups and it's what gives you a huge amount of customization. Setting a master and slave thermostats, using external thermometers, configuring sync/link abilities, and so much more. It's super powerful so read the git. Then add the created climate helper groups to your thermostat card of choice like you would any thermostat device.

I bought a similar Hisense refurb a while ago. It came with both hoses cracked, riddled with multiple holes, rendering the AC completely useless. I had to return it. These window hoses are very fragile. Take your chances only if you get a free return! That thing weighs a ton.

Bought the same model new, on sale for the same price shortly after. Works like a charm.

Any specific model with heat you would recommend? I see some units with heat on their page. A few don't seem to be real deals though. Appreciate any input you can provide. Looking to swap out a window unit in my sunroom.
