I had good success with this for a number of years but lately I found out that some dandruff shampoos also have salicylic acid, but at a slightly lower concentration, which I find is still effective but a bit gentler.

I use this -- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KRY1...title&th=1 - and get the same results .... its the same active ingredient without the added tar smell ...

This is tsal not tgel. There is no tar smell with salicylic

Target sells their store brand version of this shampoo at a cheaper price. It does have a VERY strong fragrance added to it which took me about a month to get used to. That being said, I'll probably get this deal just so I can compare between the two for any noticeable difference in effectiveness.
