These things are an absolute knee and butt saver when working on car brakes or anything that you can effectively kneel or sit to work on. I've found I feel way less fatigue and pain especially working in the driveway using a kneeling pad similar to this one.

I just got mine and used it last weekend. I have both and can't agree that this is the same as HF. HF is ok for short tasks; but, if I really need support, I will always go to this. Maybe I am just older or fatter???
