I think the Customer Support needs improvement, otherwise I would probably jump on this. I recently purchased a refurbished unit directly from AC on ebay and it came with a 0.25 nozzle installed instead of a 0.4, was missing the cable cover for the bottom of the machine, had a broken bracket so the nozzle wipe couldn't be attached, and it was going to be 7-10 days for any replacement parts to arrive. They only responded once per day at about 5-7am CST, so it took days to work with them toward resolution before anything was even sent out and I ultimately just decided to send it back. For now I'm happy the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 now, and it was only about $100 more.

I have had similar experience with them. I purchased a S1 max and it came with a damaged door. It's been 45 days, my package still shows that it's in China. I ended up reaching out to PayPal

I absolutely love my S1. I wouldn't go back to a bed slinger ever. Plus, the ACE serves as a filament dryer.

Yeah, moving bed printers are known as bed slingers. I still have my AC 2 Max for bigger volume prints, but I rarely use it. Love my Core X/Y.

The bed moves on a core xy also, just vertically instead of horizontally.

They both have pros and cons.

Of course, but I was explaining what a bed slinger is. Printing tall items, the core x/y has superior stability.

Just chiming in to say that I had to replace my print head on the Kobra X... it was under warranty. Didn't have to jump through hoops with CS & had my replacement part in less than a week 🤷🏻 ♂️
