Not Brand+ so who knows if it will actually ship. I've been burned by too many AliExpress deals that weren't Brand+(sent by original manufacturer). I wouldn't buy this.

My money was locked up for 30 days until the sellers wouldn't ship the packages and AliExpress had to refund my money. Worth the gamble if you can afford to have your money in limbo for 30 days. These experiences I've had are always on deals on electric bikes and electric scooters. Prices too good to be true always turned out to be too good to be true.

Of sweat when the battery ran out. Due to the 81lb weight and the 4 inch wide fat tire, pedaling this without electric assistance is pretty taxing.

Don't forget to include a fixed-position seat, so you are guaranteed to be unable to bring your strength to bear.

But that's all irrelevant for the folks in CA, NJ, NYC, etc where there have been deaths or injuries from e- motorcycles pretending to be e-bikes. Because those places the cops will just look at this pseudo-surron and know they've got a slam dunk "make the mayor/sherriff happy" ticket+fine+confiscation.

And for whoever is just looking at ebikes for the first time, this is not an e-bike. It is an e-motorcycle. E-bikes are capped at 1hp (750W) and 28mph for class 3. This is 1000W & 31mph, so double-fail on class 3. I'd expect the throttle also violates class 3 limits.

Legit Class3 e-bikes are themselves highly regulated in lots of the US, having been effectively reclassified into mopeds, requiring licenses and even titles/registration where they haven't been outright banned from public roads.

Since this thing is trying to look like a motorcycle, with a non-adjustable seat and all that unnecessary frame that weighs 80lbs, so it is suuuuper easy for bored cops to get an automatic win. For them its a win, you'll lose the bike, get fined and possibly lose points on your license.

I'm glad I live in a state with no "points" program on my DL.

No, as I have an actual "e-motorcycle", this is not one.

It's an e-bike with some parts (i.e. motor) to make it go faster than most e-bikes probably should.

Good points made on this bike. 👏 i truly believe this bike is most likely 750 running watts . 1500 is the surge rating. My cybervello ek12 is big and heavy. Tops out about 32 on flat land. And it's 750w. But the top out speed is still a little fast for class 3. But irregardless, the looks of this bike alone due to the big fat motorcycle headlight, frame and motorcycle seat, will get all kinds of unwanted negative attention if trying to ride it publicly like a bicycle. My cybervello gets some. But I ride super respectfully. And intentionally selected a bike that stayed away from fat seats, fat motorcycle headlights. And so on. Best option is my urlife e20. With its little skeletal frame gets zero attention. Just that the bigger fatter bikes are so damn much fun. And rides so much smoother 2up with one of my kids...
