Certainly wouldn't be my normal go-to set for long listening, but I was mainly looking for something to use while traveling for work. I needed it to be Bluetooth, have enough battery to last both departing/returning flights with a little listening at motel if needed, ANC for the airplane hum, and decent audio while being cheap enough that I won't be out a lot of money if I lose or break these in my frequent travels. These certainly fit the bill, and even included a travel case.
I also have the Anker Soundcore Q30's coming in the mail that I wanted to compare with (I've heard good things). A bit more money, but still cheap enough at $55 that they may meet all the criteria I'm looking for. If they don't hurt my ears, I'm going with them. But if they are uncomfortable as well with long listening and don't sound significantly better, I'll return those and stick with these. I knew the risk buying off of AliExpress anyway, so fat chance of getting refund. Worst case, they'll be a backup set.
For work meetings, mic is 3 out of 5. Noise quality is good in meetings though if using in stereo mode. Battery life is it's best part. Ear comfort is 3.5 out of 5 for long sessions. Using from 6 months.
