Fits smoothly under an airline seat most of the time, except when I completely filled it up. Then it took a little bit of a shove to fit, but it still fit.
My only nitpick is that I wish it also had a waist buckle to help distribute weight further on my back. It only has a chest buckle.
I haven't exhaustively compared it to others on the market, the ability to convert between 26L and 31L (it's like one of those expandable zipper gussets you see on suitcases) is handy.
Easily fits laptop + chargers + a quick change of clothes.
