Based on your context and your desire to be jam proof, it would mainly be wired networking. I don't know any resources on that, but for the most prosumer friendly line that falls into a category of "luxury" with great GUI and support, look into Ubiquiti products, specifically the Unifi lineups. They have their own cameras and dedicated NVRs and Wifi which play very well with one another. There's some basics which is networking, but those can be learned from YouTube videos such as professor messer or network chuck (much more friendly, and less detailed).
Last, easiest easiest nolow touch route is just learn to crimp a cable and buy a nvr kit like reolink bundles. they have pre-set wires, but it may not always have the length you want, so you should at least buy your own cable spools to custom it. just make sure you know cable type to use, Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, etc...
