Not a terrible deal but a .5C charge/discharge rate for a modern LFP battery is on the low end. Kind of limits you to a 2Kw inverter, which is a shame for a battery this large.

No problem. It's simple math. A 1C rate would be exactly 5120 watts but lets just round off to 5000 to simplify things. A .5C rate or half of that would be 2500 watts. A 2 kilowatt inverter is going to pull right around 2,200ish watts give or take to produce full rated power and this battery being .5C is rated to provide 2500. So a 2Kw inverter would be a near perfect match for this battery. You feeling educated yet?

They got the bms wrong here on sd, it actually has a 250A bms...not a 200A...and will support a 3Kw inverter just fine.

If thats the case then of course it will. 3kw would be perfect. What I said was incorrect because I did my math off of the specs listed here but I just looked at the product page and I see some discrepancies. I did cross reference other websites and did see 250amp BMS. My math is correct, it's just based off incorrect information. All in all, a 3kW inverter would be a great choice for this battery.
