Chinese fly by night companies pick names with a bunch of random letters and such because it is easy to push through their seller name without conflicting with others and they can disappear just as easy when their products are junk. I would venture they have learned to advertise their stuff here and there to get uptakes in sales.

Can anyone comment, are these equivalent replacements for compressed air cans?

I use compressed cans not just for electronics, but also my yard equipment, car vents etc and6go through them pretty quickly

It should work great for things like car vents. For yard equipment though, what exactly are you trying to clean? It's good for small cleaning jobs, but I wouldn't expect it to replace a leaf blower.

For the yard equipment, mostly the motor and areas that get dirty with dirt & leaves.
