Key consumer complaints
Faulty closure tracks: A primary issue is the failure of the locking track itself. Users report that the tracks frequently arrive fused completely shut, or conversely, are entirely unable to line up and snap together to form an airtight seal.
Separating zippers: In many instances, the track mechanism physically pulls away or detaches from the plastic walls of the bag when opened, rendering the entire bag un-reusable.
Thinner plastic: Consumers routinely complain about thinner, more fragile walls. Bags frequently tear right along the zipper line or split at the side seams upon their very first use.
