For those worried about it "falling" there is a wire cable safety tether that you attach to the base plate that you use while installing and leave attached once mounted, But to be honest it's over kill - several screws would have to fail for this thing to fall, unless the installer just didn't anchor it correctly.
Community Reviews
This low profile 52 inch flush mount ceiling fan stands out for quiet operation, easy installation, and a true flush design that keeps the remote hardware inside the housing. The six speeds and app or remote control make it flexible, and the included LED light is fine as a supplemental source for small rooms or breakfast areas. Airflow is the main tradeoff, since the fan sits close to the ceiling and several reports say it moves less air than expected. The light is also fixed and not especially bright, so it suits a compact space more than a room that needs strong cooling or lighting.
The fan can run very quietly while still offering six speed settings for dialing in comfort.
The flush-mount design can keep the wiring and remote transmitter inside the fan housing for a cleaner install.
The included LED light can be sufficient for a small breakfast area on a typical 9 ft flat ceiling.
Replacement support for a failed light can be provided by shipping a new light unit.
The fan may not move much air, especially when blades sit close to the ceiling.
The LED light can be dim or inadequate for many rooms, and brightness claims may feel overstated.
Smart control can be difficult to integrate with existing wall switches, and the app features may not work as expected.
The light may be non-replaceable, which can increase replacement cost and require handyman installation.

I had bought one and didn't see any cert (cheap) so I bought another one w/ listed ETL cert (had to reach out to get the cert # but was listed in the search). I went back and PM the first purchase and they sent me the whole UL document. The majority of these fans have the same type of rebrand, which is why the first fan looks exactly like this one of this post.
Lowest setting I def feel the air, lighting is a little dim on the highest setting and wish I could dim the lights more on the dimmest setting. For $50 for an office fan I'm happy.

Go with a traditional brand if you need to retain the two switch behavior you already have installed.
