They regularly fall off in the toilet bowl before you're done cleaning

Nowadays, I only buy them for pickup from bigger stores like Target when I see a sale. I have not had any that falls apart like the ones from Amazon.
Maybe Amazon bin them the same way they bin SD cards together in the warehouse where they mix in the official refills with the fake ones.
