Have had these for Over a year now. Best headset I have ever had. Love that you can hook them up to a phone at the same time your gaming. great for discord. talking on the phone and listening to music while playing games. They have held up great. Easy to swap batteries while playing too.

The batteries only last a day or two, but they are easy to swap out like tigger said. Sound quality is better than the Arctis 7's I replaced. Very comfortable provided they ANC mic doesn't touch your ear (it doesn't touch mine).

I just got the Nova 7X from Target clearanced out. They were marked down to $99 but rang up $59. Probably an in-store ymmv thing.

Is it worth upgrading from the Arctis Nova 7 ?

i'm gonna sound like a shill, but if you want a true sound upgrade, the astro a50 is what you want.
If you want muted mids and highs, then the these are the way to go. People say the bass is emphasized, but it's not the case, it just drowns out the mids and highs, and doesn't even extend below 20hz.
I have these and I'm not a fan.. but I paid $200 for them so I'm gonna use them for certain things, just not for music. the A50 destroy these in that dept and it's not even close. And I spent several hours directly comparing the two swapping back and fourth over and over.
