Regular price is $334 [monoprice.com] per the Monoprice website, but they are frequently on sale. This is the lowest I've ever seen them for, at least recently.

BTW, I have a pair of the M1060C, their predecessor, and they're the favorite of all my headphones (which include the Sennheiser HD-650 and the Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro) save my Koss Electrostatics which are much more expensive.

I don't know if these are less accurate, but I agree with everything else you said, although comfort is relative. I don't find the 1060Cs uncomfortable at all (they're way more comfortable than any of my ANC bluetooth phones) but of course they are heavy.
