the smaller ones mostly have two 18650 cells, 2000mah each (if you're lucky)
the larger ones sometimes three or four such cells. a few models use larger 21700 cells, but then typically three at most (for these no name brands).
the only way the 20000 mah claim could be true is if it uses four larger 21700 cells that are actually 5000mah each. the chance of this is zero.
(regardless of the size, the cells are surely low quality. IE if they do actually have four 21700 cells, they may be labeled as 5000mah but are likely closer to 2000mah each.)
only the best battery manufacturers make actual 5000 mah 21700 cells (molicel, samsung, LG, Panasonic etc.) and their cost alone (for four) would about exceed the price of the inflator ($3+ per cell in large wholesale quantities).example [18650batterypartners.com]
these little inflators do work. just know they get hot, and pretty quickly. and they strain their low quality batteries. quite a bit. if you want any longevity you ought to try not to let it run more than a few minutes before giving it a rest to cool off (both the motor and the batteries). some listings actually specify a "ten minutes on, ten minutes off" rule, i would knock that down to about 4 minutes.
