Honestly, the ratings on Best Buy open box are usually very conservative.

I just paid about this pricing for a Q series 55" in "fair condition" at my local BB outlet. The box said it had "residue and scratches" and also said "no stand, remote, or power cord".

Not only was it in perfect condition, the remote, legs, and power cord were actually in the re-packaged box when we checked it out before I took it home.

it highly varies. I had that happen with a brand new 42" LG OLED where the box was only opened and nothing removed. The manager said he marked all the tv's to fair condition to have the lowest prices to clear inventory.
Only note I'll add otherwise is that there's always the chance this doesn't include a box as well. If that happens I don't know if I'd even pick it up.

Open box conditions definitely vary. Went to check out a set of speakers my local bestbuy that were marked as excellent. Got there and found them in a plain brown box with the "Excellent Condition" sticker on it. Opened up the box and found 2 dented, scratched, and dusty speakers. Cord were also missing. When I asked one of the workers, he just looked at them andd said "i dont know" and walked away.

Just bought a fair-condition one. For under $200, it should serve well as a backyard TV.

I always wonder if it's worth taking a chance on "Fair" since you can inspect it before leaving the store. Anyone scored a surprisingly good deal that way?

doesn't look like I can get the 65 f50 near me, but I can get the qf 65 for 270 and that's pretty intriguing
