This Intex pool cover is being used as a low cost tarp for pool winterizing and other outdoor jobs, with the main appeal being the price and decent build for the money. It is described as better quality than typical covers, and the drain holes are visible in customer photos and the listing description. The cover may need some water in the pool to stay put, and heavy wind, storms, or snow can lift sections. The seller also cancelled an order, so fulfillment may be a concern.
Pool owners winterizing a small round pool, because it is used for winterizing and can stay in place when some water is left in the pool.
Backyard owners covering mulch piles, because it can keep a large wood chip pile mostly dry at a low price.
Shoppers replacing a worn pool cover on a tight budget, because it is considered worth buying in multiples even though it does not last long.
Pool owners in snowy or stormy climates, because a section can ride up and open the pool when wind and snow hit.
Buyers who need a fully sealed cover, because the drain holes are spread around the middle and edges.
People expecting a cover that stays put without extra water, because leaving water in the pool helps keep it from shifting.
