The sparse title leaves out that this is a 4 pack, is Apple Home compatible, has energy monitoring, uses WiFi connectrivity etc.

I'm also seeing $29.39 after coupon applied now.

I'm seeing 31.99. that's why I dislike Amazon, not everyone gets the same price.

They definitely tailor pricing based on browsing - I have a number of items saved in my cart and they will show items where prices have gone up or down. I have also been offered a dramatic price drop on items, which I then purchase, and by the time I go to post the item as a deal here, the price has gone back to regular price.

I think that's its more targeted. Also a lot of times, especially if there is a coupon, the deal disappears for you after you purchase it. Only deals/coupons that allow you to purchase more than once will show the deal/coupon again for you.
That happened for me with this. It only took off coupon once when I added 2 items. When I went back to item after purchase the coupon was gone.

If buying a smart plug today, it really ought to be Matter compatible, which these are not. For 33 cents more each, you can get that with TP-Link Tapo Matter Supported Smart Plug Mini, Compact Design, 15A/1800W Max, Super Easy Setup, Works with Apple Home, Alexa & Google Home, UL Certified, 2.4G Wi-Fi Only, White, Tapo P125M(3-Pack) - Amazon.com. Those are Matter over Wi-Fi and you are better off with Matter over Thread if you have a Thread Border Router and are planning a smart home. But at least they are Matter compatible at some level.

Except for the MINOR detail that those don't have power monitoring and non power monitoring smart plugs go for $5 each all day long. Some of us consider that more important than matter compatibility.

Both the P110's and the EP25's should be comparable to the KP115. I have one of those on my washing machine so home assistant can notify me when the washer finishes and is ready to be moved to the dryer. Less chance of me forgetting they are in there.
