It's probably because the picture only shows 2 tools when in fact it comes with 3. It comes with a drill, impact driver and impact wrench. I had a hard time trying to figure out the best way to present that.

My son "borrowed" my two piece set 10 months ago... don't think I'll ever see the drill and driver again... time to buy a new set
