Cook fresh fruits and veggies or buy them frozen or canned. I Iove sandwiches with 5 lb bag of raw cole slaw I buy from Costco so might be forced to use pickled veggies like peppers, kim chi etc. I wonder if ready made colw slaw with mayo and dressings are okay. or i could stir fry the raw cole slaw and have it that way. I also love apples so this might be issue. maybe alternative is apple sauce. are watermelons and oranges okay to eat since its enclosed in a rind?

Wash the watermelon and oranges with soap and water, and you'll be fine. Obviously do that before cutting them open.

I love knowing it's 100% ground beef and not 90% beef to 10% human meat. Glad we as a society have gotten to the point where "real chicken" "real beef" have become a marketing thing..
