This Diablo oscillating blade set is a strong in store clearance find for basic wood and metal cutting, with the best reports landing at $11 and some boxes ringing up even lower at $5.60. Stock has been scattered, with sets hidden in back rooms, overhead pallets, or mislabeled displays, so availability depends on the store. Pricing has also varied from $23.90 to the regular $44 after the sale ended. A useful pickup if your local store can actually locate the inventory.
The clearance price reportedly dropped to $11 at multiple Home Depot locations, making the oscillating blade set much cheaper than the listed sale price.
Some stores reportedly had the blades packed high in manufacturer containers, and employees could retrieve them when the floor display was empty.
In-store availability reportedly showed meaningful stock counts in the app or store system, including cases where inventory was located in overhead areas.
The set reportedly rang up at $5.60 in at least one store, which is far below the $11 clearance price shown elsewhere.
Clearance pricing reportedly varied by store and even by day, with boxes marked $23.90 sometimes ringing up at $11 and other times the sale ending and returning to $44.
Clearance timing reportedly appeared odd, with HD guidance indicating the items were not supposed to go on clearance until August.
The clearance deal reportedly was not honored at some locations when the promo item could not be found and similar blades rang up at regular price.
Some purchases reportedly involved missing or defective blade packages on related clearance sets, which could affect what you actually receive.

There was also on display next to these blades, the Diablo Bi-Metal and AMPED Carbide 9 in. 8 TPI Thick Metal Reciprocating Saw Blade Set (6-Piece) for 15.97. Decided since I struck out with the oscillating blades these weren't too bad of a price. When I rang it up at the register, at least at my store, it came up $5.60. I went back and bought a bunch more. Might be YMMV and assume it was a price mistake. Didn't really want to post it in a new deal alert since I really don't know how pervasive this was.

Really odd that they're clearancing out something that's not even supposed to be on the floor for another month. The first store also had Diablo sawzall blades on clearance for $5.60, but the one package remaining was defective and missing two blades in the middle lol. https://www.homedepot.c
Online said 38 in stock. No shelf space for this item.
Went up to the "customer service", who was polite and helpful. Looked up the item, said isle 1 race track, where I had already looked.Even found a guy to help me look for it. Nope, not on the race track.
He went to his supervisor who clued him it that it was on isle 15, section 20. We walked there and sure enough, there was a box on the top with the right SKU.
After a couple of minutes for the guy and a helper to round up the forklift and set up barricades, the box was hauled down. The box said to display on 8/6/2026. The workers were polite and helpful. I got 3.
Went to an HD local to me yesterday that showed over 20 in stock with the clearance price of $11. Couldn't find them using the store map on the HD site and asked an employee. He entered the UPC into his phone and found a picture of them in the overhead. He went looking and couldn't find it. He grabbed another employee and we all spent a few minutes looking at the boxes above the supposed location. We didn't end up finding it and the second employee wanted to buy some. Checked stock this morning and I think it had gone down to 3.
Went to a different HD this morning that had around 30 in stock at the $11 price. This store had them located by the carpet and flooring. Definitely not. I ended up grabbing the final two that I found by the blades and power tools sitting off to the side. They were marked down to $23.90 but rang up as $11.
