This watch has a wild price history on Amazon which might say more about the economics of the watch industry than anything else.

2014-2017: $130-$140.
2017-2019: Around $111-$76.
2020-2023: $130
2024-2025: Bounces between $147 & $187
2026: Hits a high of $295 with occasional dips to $265.

45mm is gigantic, it's probably within the top 5% of watches sold by size. Most brands only have their super ultra deep sea 1000m diver that big. It's only not big if you're an NFL player, NBA player, 7 feet tall, or morbidly obese. And most Americans are statistically more likely to be only one of those.

I want a Citizen watch in my collection, but most of their catalog is just unwearable for wrists smaller than 7" and even big at 7".
