First, that feature is a sham. 2 months on 10 rolls of masking tape? Mmmhmm.But really, if you stop cooking with salt, the flavor doesn't come out as much so more seasoning is used. But even still, probably not every two months. I do go through a lot of seasoning. Salt free is a preference, not a requirement. The salt in a can of pasta sauce is sufficient. No need to add. Instead add oregano basil and thyme with pepper. Even a hint of cayenne. Also paprika rocks on eggs!!!
