The +2 items was filament. Not much of a deal on an EOL printer.
edit: sorry, I misspoke. not EOL but older generation. I feel like you have to be in a very specific user group to choose the P1 over the P2 for the price difference. But once they start running sales on the X2D, I'll likely feel the same way between the P2 and X2 series. it is a slippery slope.
+2 items, but also the entire package is $50 lower than the printer + AMS by themselves, which makes it worth posting IMO. Also news to me that the P1S is EOL. They recently announced EOL on the P1P but not the P1S afaik.

not really EOL... that implies end of manufacturer support as well, which there are no signs of.
it is most certainly prior gen in many ways though and should be a deeper discount, especially considering the P2S/AMS2Pro can be had for only 100$ more.
The P1S is a fantastic printer. I have 3 of these ranging from 500 hours up to 3500. I also know many others who have upwards of 4500 hours with only having done the standard maintenance along the way. The AMS is a huge quality of life upgrade so this combo version is a great value.

totally agree with this, spend the extra 100$ for the upgrade. the 2 free filaments don't really add much at all to the product value here.
