Over 4X the build area, it's enclosed, chamber heater, hardened nozzles, cameras, can do engineering filaments, can do up to 16 colors if you get more CFS , other technical things like closed loop servo motors

I can't speak to the Voron, but the K2 Plus puts the K1 Max back several levels. I have K1, K1 Max, and the K2 plus. They are all still running, but there are several QoL improvements over the K1 series. I may be picking up another of these to build out my printer garden on this deal.
