Naw I got 25$ Walmart cash 3times within 2 min after I rejoined, ( offer 1$ for first 30days plus 25$ Walmart cash). It works if you have the offer

Didn't work for me, unfortunately. And I'm still miffed at them for offering me membership for $49 with $50 Walmart cash 2 years ago, then never giving me the Walmart cash. I would be careful about any promises of Walmart cash.

So I see the offer and it says Rejoin Walmart+ for $1 $ get $25 Walmart cash. It says annual $1.00 for 30 days then $98/year. So I can pay the $1.00 for 30 days, get the $25 Walmart cash and then cancel before I get hit with the $98 annual charge?

This seems very targeted / YMMV. I shop from walmart somewhat sporadically for certain things (online shipped and in store, it is not my usual store to go to tho) and at the link I am only seeing the $1 for a month offer. Maybe the cash back incentive is only to try to get folks who left to come back? It doesn't look like someone like me (sporadic customer, much of which is online, have never been a subscriber) didn't match whatever filter they're using for the cash back portion of the deal.

That is correct, I was charged 1$+tax then instantly received 25$ 3times. Just cancel before 30 days
