I'm not the biggest basketball fan and all this physical media controversy id prefer a disk but for 7$ I may have to buy this! Hopefully NHL26 gets this low shortly .

I've played a lot of different versions of 2k, certainly not a hard core player for MyCareer or anything. Most of the time, just playing basic plays now or association games I felt frustrated by constantly not being able to make shots. CPU constantly having runs against my team. This title seems a bit more forgiving and certainly more fun, the eras mode is by far the best part of the title. I purchased a digital copy for just 9 bucks on the Xbox. I don't care about any of the online content. The straight offline modes are excellent.

The disks for 2K only contain a very small portion of the game, its still like 100gb download either way

Not bad price but the last 2 or 3 summers 2k gave the previous seasons nba game for free as part of ps+. Either July or August. But for the price of 2 gallons of gas this is a solid deal and you own it (save the digital/physical commentary yes we know) instead of having it tethered to your ps+ subscription

That's fine then, used to have to pay $4 for a 3 night rental so this is still a really good deal compared to what games used to cost
