i have maybe a dozen or so of these in my kitchen, and i find i need to recharge them roughly once a month? but we also have two cats that probably some of them off in the middle of the night. also on a couple the adhesive for the magnet that goes to the light itself wouldn't stay/failed, so i used electrical tape and strapped around, and they've been fine since.

Just received mine. The instructions manual and the box call out a key caveat - that the motion detection works only when it's also dark. And also warns against installing these two lights together in the same location as it can cause one to sabotage the other from activating.

I bought this to install side by side inside my cabinet, guess won't work for this purpose.
