I bought this last week. Yesterday was the first time riding it. It's nice. I'm still learning how to work everything. The only issue I had was trying to remove the battery. It's stuck and won't slide off. But the customer service seems to be on the ball. I'm hoping for a solution today. But for this price, it's worth a little hassle.

I just pulled the trigger. @30mph for $355 is a crazy deal. Hopefully it comes with all the parts.

The battery may have a key that locks it into place

It does. It comes with two but neither will release it fully. Something is stuck somewhere unfortunately.

It was really easy. Maybe a half hour. You put the disc break on the front wheel. Put the wheel on. The handlebars, headlight, peddles, and kickstand. It's a big boy. Looks great. Nice big fat tires. Full suspension. The only thing that took a little time was calibrating the front brake so the disc didn't hit the brake pads. I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured out how to do it.

I don't know anything about these but is it expected that product title and imagery say 1500W but the description in multiple places says 1000w? That's a pretty substantial difference, no?
