So the comparison is actually:
- $209.99: Pressure washer + FREE 15" Surface Cleaner + FREE Foam Cannon
- $239.99: Pressure washer + 15" Surface Cleaner + Short Gun + Wash Mitt
So the main difference is whether you'd rather have the Foam Cannon or the Short Gun + Wash Mitt for the extra $30.

Really just comes down to personal use decision I think. Same motor, pump, and performance I believe.
