Yes but I've seen the combo with the 9ah battery go on sale at home depot for 289.00. I'll return if fake , but these aren't as commonly faked as other tools and batteries since they are a lower demand tool. If it was a drill , saw etc 100% .

FYI received mine today. Everything looked good was not able to tell anydiference between this one and my sisters she bought at home Depot. Was able to register it on DeWalt website also.
