Excellent game. I haven't like turn-based RPG's since the 90's, and this one is so much fun. The musical score is amazing, the story is excellent, and the timing-based defense keeps you fully engaged in the action.
Until the terrible third act that made everything meaningless.
I wouldn't call it terrible. It does do quite a 6th Sense ish reveal. Philosophical debate if it means they matter less. Still a masterpiece of a game in the constant enshitification of the game industry. Not online, no subscription, no loot boxes, no battle passes, no half baked story to sell you a DLC or expansion. It's a real "game" Also fark Simon. I cheesed his ass.
I loved this game. I passed the main story, and I was cleaning up achievements when one of my X-boxes failed to synch with the cloud and my 80 hours of game play was corrupted. Total bummer.

Couldn't agree more. The game style isn't for everyone but it's easily one of the top 3 games I've ever played. And I've been playing video games for a very, very, very long time.
