Dr Pepper Creamy Coconut is a polarizing soda built around a strong coconut note, with some comparing it to Malibu rum or a sweet Dr Pepper and coconut mix. The flavor can work as a mixer with whiskey or alcohol, and the zero sugar version is also available at the same deal price. The main drawback is that the coconut comes across as fake or like tanning lotion or suntan oil, and a few cans arrived dented, expanded, or leaking. It is also very sugary, with 39 grams of added sugar per can.
People mixing soda with whiskey, because the coconut flavor becomes only barely more palatable with liquor.
Fans of Malibu rum flavor, because the coconut note tastes exactly like Malibu rum.
Shoppers who want a zero sugar coconut soda, because the zero sugar version is described as really good with a packet of True Lime.
Buyers who like polarizing novelty flavors, because this tastes like a love-it-or-hate-it combo with no middle ground.
People expecting a smooth coconut cola, because the flavor can taste like tanning lotion or suntan oil.
Buyers sensitive to messy delivery, because cans can arrive leaking or dented and expanded.
Shoppers who want a natural coconut taste, because the coconut flavor is described as overly fake.
Anyone wanting a drinkable soda straight from the can, because it can taste horrible and may be avoided entirely.

I do think it's something you have to try yourself. You're either gonna love it or hate it. I don't think there's a middle ground on it.

Cans arrived today. One set very dented/expanded and the other fine. Suntan lotion is spot on for flavor. Sweet, carbonated suntan lotion.
