It's not a defect if you use them as they were intended to be used. With adequate pressure they become parallel, but if you're doing something delicate that can't handle normal clamping pressure, then Bora parallel clamps are not the right choice.

well if other parallel clamps are delicate enough to handle a task that the Bora clamps cannot, we can just call them inferior.
