Idk - last time I got a kit like this- everything in it seemed faulty. The bandaids were put together backwards- the pad on the inside was facing the adhesive side while the protected side was to be against the wound.. things like that

We have one of these in each of our cars and in our camping box. Has been handy for accidents on the go. I also ended up serving as the "medic" for the kids soccer and softball every once in a while too.
