Sorry, but unless you have sensitive skin, this is the variation to avoid.

Selected data from Consumer Reports

84/100 Tide Plus Ultra Stain Release (best liquid)
75/100 Kirkland Signature (Costco) Ultra Clean Liquid
53/100 Arm & Hammer Plus OxiClean Odor Blasters (best Arm & Hammer)
39/100 Arm & Hammer Sensitive Skin Free of Perfumes & Dyes

Detailed ratings:

Tide Plus Ultra Stain Release
Body Oil 5/5
Dirt 5/5
Salad Dressing 5/5
Coffee 3/5
Chocolate 5/5
Grass 4/5
Blood 4/5
Hard Water 4/5

Arm & Hammer Sensitive Skin Free of Perfumes & Dyes
Body Oil 4/5
Dirt 2/5
Salad Dressing 2/5
Coffee 1/5
Chocolate 1/5
Grass 2/5
Blood 2/5
Hard Water 2/5

My impression is that it is effective as a soap (it cuts body oil) but is it missing enzymes, dispersants and other cleaning ingredients that would help lift difficult stains. For cleaning work shirt and slacks it is probably perfect. For your rugby gear stained with grass and mud and blood you probably need something else.

Project Farm says to go with Tide, Arm & Hammer plus Oxi Clean, or Gain original.

i discovered that baking soda in all arm and hammer products triggered my skin to breakout...i guess the bacteria reacted with the baking soda? once i stopped using baking soda containing products my HS (armpit boils) went away eventually...
