For working with the refigerant being r32 no licensing is needed at the moment.
I can see blowing out lines working for new installs but I would never do it on repair work. An old system holding vacuum prevents wasted refrigerant.

This mini split is a 240V system, meaning, with regard to "Campers", it's going to require a 240V/50A, NEMA 14-50 receptacle. Which is the 50A receptacle in a CG.
The 30A receptacle is a NEMA TT-30, and is only capable of 120V maximum.

I don't understand the humidity part; they both dump condensed water outside of the house.
