It's a four hour job typically with one pro and one helper. I can't even drive to your house and set up my tools for $100 with gas insurance and taxes. The permit for the electric in my city would be $80. An electrician that I subcontract with would be $150 plus probably $250 in romex, breaker, disconnect, outlet etc to be at code.

Really depeds on the jurisdiction of where it's installed. Most places would require a dedicated circuit for powering the unit most likely requiring a permit to be pulled. If using the unit for a primary heating and cooling in a space that was not conditioned prior or conversion of space then load calcs are required also papers to be filed.

For working with the refigerant being r32 no licensing is needed at the moment.

Sure. People use mini-splits in campers. But this is a 230v, so your camper would need to be 50a equipped already, or be capable of plugging into 50a utility stand to power it directly.

No license is ever needed if you know someone who does HVAC professionally

Yeah, there has a lot of intentional misinformation meant to sell parts. On the automotive side we used to drop R134a onto R12 systems without any of the elaborate conversion steps. The oil did not turn to acid and consume the system.

I can see blowing out lines working for new installs but I would never do it on repair work. An old system holding vacuum prevents wasted refrigerant.

50 amps? No way. These things draw way smaller amounts of power than that. A 20amp circuit at 240v is more than enough, as that's 4800 watts, and only the largest of these units (like 24 or 36k BTU) use that much power.

Where are the measurements on CFM specs on the inside unit? I want to replace my lackluster Pioneer 12000 unit with this, but I've learned indoor CFM ratings are typically poor on these units compared to name brand.

Anyone have a real spec sheet on this unit?

The question was specific to campers. 30 amp campers don't have 230v, therefore this particular ac wouldn't work unless it's a 50 amp camper.

Oh my. Knowing the difference between Voltage and Amperage may be helpful.
This mini split is a 240V system, meaning, with regard to "Campers", it's going to require a 240V/50A, NEMA 14-50 receptacle. Which is the 50A receptacle in a CG.
The 30A receptacle is a NEMA TT-30, and is only capable of 120V maximum.

Unless he meant 1/5th less energy usage, not 1/5th of the energy usage.
I don't understand the humidity part; they both dump condensed water outside of the house.
