Whether that low price was an effort to clear out old packaging for several months, or whether it means the new box might drop that low - I don't know.
EDIT: To explain: The packaging was changed for 40524, so Amazon has a new listing for it that OP has linked. But the same set in the previous packaging was a lot cheaper and for a long while.
