This is a steal for the scooter alone, not to mention the phone mount & cable lock which retail for $30 a piece from the official Segway website.
Fyi, my e3 pro also came with these. The lock is burly for a cable lock, but I highly recommend a mini U-lock with sold secure gold or diamond rating depending on use / if you lock - of course that increases the price overall.
