Community Reviews

The Segway E3 Pro SE stands out as a strong value scooter, especially with the included phone mount and cable lock, which add meaningful extras to the $349 price. It is described as a solid upgrade over the E2 Plus 2, with better hill performance, and it has elastomer suspension at both ends plus pneumatic tires for a smoother ride. Real world use includes carrying 220 pounds up a 5 percent grade without much speed loss. The main caution is availability and pricing friction, since in store pricing did not always match, though online Plus access and free shipping were live.

  • Riders who want included security and phone accessories, because the package includes a cable lock and phone mount that would otherwise add extra cost.

  • Riders who want a solid-value scooter at this price, because it is described as a steal and pretty damn good around $350.

  • Commuters carrying a heavier rider up mild hills, because it can handle a 220-pound load on a 5% grade without losing much speed.

  • Shoppers comparing scooter performance upgrades, because it feels better than an older model on minor inclines and overall.

  • Riders who need strong hill performance from a lighter scooter, because performance on minor inclines can feel disappointing near the weight limit.

  • Shoppers who need guaranteed in-store pickup pricing, because the $350 price can fail to ring up even with a membership and manager involvement.

  • Riders expecting a basic lock to replace a high-security lock, because the included cable lock is still recommended to be supplemented with a mini U-lock.

It took my 220 pound fat ass up a 5% grade without losing much steam if that helps.

Looks like they're starting to clear them out ahead of fall 2026 college campus ban.
