Backlight bleed was bad on the one I tried, but very smooth for fps games.

its probably not even back light bleed, the anti reflective on this monitor isn't that great so any light reflecting makes monitor whiting/washed. I would recommend to people in a darker room with minimal light in the background behind them. I have modest light behind me and it looks like its bleeding bad but its not... lucky for me i dont spend much time with a black background. The other thing is the viewing angles arent that great either, person has to be near centered to view correctly but ergonomically speaking the person should be viewing centered anyways for health purposes so having to be near centered shouldn't be a issue. Everything else is near perfect once you load the monitor driver from MSI to have the right ICC color profile. I dont think any other gaming monitor can compare at the $150 price point. Very smooth while gaming and good colors for both gaming and reading text. tip: load the ICC profile (driver) from MSI and scale the desktop text to 125% and its great.

I have 5 of these monitors all bought from Costco. I paid 150 each for all of mine BRAND NEW and I have never had any problems.

Crazy that the price is the same for new / refurb over the past year.

USA Costco sells the 170hz version for around $150 (it's the MAG series but completely different model number), Costco is not the 300hz version.
