Get their server rack batteries. A little more expensive but they come with 10 years instead 5Y warranty. They're also UL 1973/9540A certified. Pair the server rack batteries with a UL1741 inverter and you have yourself a UL9450 BEES, it'll pass any AHJ in the U.S.

Any recommendations or guides you can point to? Looking to have my electrician friend do work for me but he's only familiar with Tesla power wall set ups and I'm not looking to spend that kind of money.

I wish that were true, and maybe it is true in certain parts of the country. But in California, UL9540 is required to be a system certification, you need a statement staying that UL9540 testing passed for the specific battery set and the specific inverter being used. You can't just pair an inverter that's UL9540 and a battery set that's UL9540 and have it pass, even though that would make sense for interoperability. That sucks because if that were the case, you could make a system that's significantly less expensive than a Powerwall 3 with much more capacity.

I paid about $300-320 for each 50ah 48v Eco Worthy Battery in a metal case. They've been working out fine, but thats only about 250ah, which seems to be less than one of these bad boys. So by my guess this is a great deal ($1,500 for 250ah vs $3300 for 628ah)

Man, This is what I wanted initially last month when I purchased a single unit of this size. Now I may get this and have 3. 48000ah to run a mini-split and portable AC heat pump for the garage seems excessive. Maybe do a run to the unattached home for fridge backup as well. Options options.....

Very good price but these are very heavy so have a plan to unload/move them. These are 300+ lbs per so you will need a few strong friends, straps and equipment like forklift, hoist, dolly, etc...

I own business for which we have commercial electric accounts- our bills lately have been thru the roof! Especially considering we pay a premium rate between 9am-6pm....is it possible to have this battery connected to our electric panel and charge overnight to use during the peak hours to offset our grid usage during 9am-6pm? God bless the souls who can help me out

9540A is not the same as 9540 - Ecoworthy is getting their 9540 for Gen 3 but this is not it. They really should not have made 9540 and 9540A, it definitely gives many the wrong idea that it will pass with an AHJ inspection.
9540 is the approval you're looking for, 9540A is is the testing data used to prove safety.

UL 9540A Fire Test Data
UL 9540A provides the fire and explosion behavior data used to evaluate thermal runaway events at the system level.
The test quantifies key fire and explosion characteristics

It is true in CA, but this deal only lists 9540A.
Had it been listed as 9540 on the ESS, it would pass in CA with 1741. It is in the latest code.

it really depends on how much power you are using between 9am-6pm... 32kwh is a decent amount of power, but if your office is using 50kw/day, one set of these is not going to cut it; and you gotta factor in how fast you can charge these back up. but first, look at your statement, and see how much you are using per day or per month.
