crazy, this thing is 10 Y.O. and is in 5th grade. Should we get it a birthday cake?
lol the cpu isn't 10 years old. They're just celebrating the AM4 platform. Which AMD still supports. Going down as the greatest of platform of all time.

I have the micro atx version of this motherboard and the Ryzen 7 5700X3D. And I'll just say since I'm using the gimped version of this setup, it's been fantastic. It does everything you would ever need and has all the upgrade options you'll ever need as well.

This one owns stock in Micron, SK Hynix, or other major chiplet manufacturer. Kids, spend your money wisely and but his bundle and be set for the next 5 to 10 years.
The am4 is plenty fine .. don't listen to this person please. If you're trying to build on a budget this is perfect for that

If you don't own an AM4 system yet, investing in a whole new AM4 system in 2026 is the worst possible investment anyone can do. Get a bundle with AM5. It literally costs nearly the same. This bundle is significantly better in my humble opinion, but I would not recommend people to buy these bundles. https://slickdeals.net/f/19765629-3-combo-amd-ryzen-5-9600x-6-core-3-9ghz-desktop-processor-msi-b850-gaming-plus-wifi6e-atx-motherboard-459-99-free-shipping

No! It does not! Where are you people getting this? Hardware Unboxed did a review on these new 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition and they are identical to the old ones. Stop spreading misinformation.

This is bad advice because your argument makes no sense. The 7700x3d bundle is both better and cheaper so there's really no excuse to build fresh with an AM4 combo over a cheaper AM5 combo with better specs
