This felt like a failed copycat of the more popular—you-know-which—product.
They added those mostly pointless LED strips to the stems, whose only purpose seems to be greeting you when you open the case or letting you cosplay as a cyberpunk character.
Meanwhile, because of how the earbuds sit in the case, you have to rotate them in mid-air before inserting them into your ears, unless you use the opposite hand to pick up each earbud.
To make matters worse, they put the pairing button on the bottom of the case. That also means you can't pair the earbuds if you put them in the official case, since that case doesn't have a cutout on the bottom for the pairing button. 🍎 Is using hidden capacitive sensors in their latest Gen products, far better solutions.
Buds 4 fixed some of these issues, but I still think Buds 2 remains my favorite.
Community Reviews
Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro are compact wireless earbuds that stand out for strong sound, solid battery life, and useful on ear controls, especially for music, podcasts, calls, and one ear at a time use. ANC can be excellent when the tips seal well, and foam or better fitting tips often improve both comfort and noise canceling. The main drawbacks are fit, with frequent reports of them needing adjustment or not staying put, plus occasional crackling, mic, or battery issues. Open box condition also seems inconsistent, so inspecting the unit and tips matters.
Common Questions (5)
Open-box units can arrive as straight returns rather than refurbs, so condition varies from like-new to scratched cases or even fair-condition items mislabeled as excellent. Some arrive with sealed tips and look new, but inspecting in store is the safest approach.
Fit is highly personal: some users say they stay in fine, while others say they refuse to stay put or need constant adjustment. Foam or AZLA tips can improve the seal and stability, which also helps ANC performance.
Sound quality is widely praised, with several users preferring it over Anker Liberty 5 Pro and AirPods Pro 2 for music, while ANC is described as strong but sometimes slightly behind older Buds2 Pro or AirPods Pro 2. The tradeoff is comfort and fit, which can be worse for some ears.
Yes. A proper seal makes a big difference for ANC, and running the fit wizard plus trying different tips can reduce gaps and improve cancellation. Foam tips are also reported to boost ANC noticeably.
Some pairs have uneven battery drain, with one earbud dying earlier than the other, and workout sweat can trigger debris/sweat warnings after charging. Other users report the warning clears on its own and charging still works normally.

The anc on the galaxy buds is pretty good, only just slightly worse than whatever wizardry is in airpods.
