This felt like a failed copycat of the more popular—you-know-which—product.
They added those mostly pointless LED strips to the stems, whose only purpose seems to be greeting you when you open the case or letting you cosplay as a cyberpunk character.
Meanwhile, because of how the earbuds sit in the case, you have to rotate them in mid-air before inserting them into your ears, unless you use the opposite hand to pick up each earbud.
To make matters worse, they put the pairing button on the bottom of the case. That also means you can't pair the earbuds if you put them in the official case, since that case doesn't have a cutout on the bottom for the pairing button. 🍎 Is using hidden capacitive sensors in their latest Gen products, far better solutions.
Buds 4 fixed some of these issues, but I still think Buds 2 remains my favorite.

Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro are compact wireless earbuds that stand out for strong sound, solid battery life, and useful on ear controls, especially for music, podcasts, calls, and one ear at a time use. ANC can be excellent when the tips seal well, and foam or better fitting tips often improve both comfort and noise canceling. The main drawbacks are fit, with frequent reports of them needing adjustment or not staying put, plus occasional crackling, mic, or battery issues. Open box condition also seems inconsistent, so inspecting the unit and tips matters.
The Buds3 Pro can deliver strong ANC performance when the ear tips seal well.
The Buds3 Pro can maintain charging even during heavy sweating, despite charging warnings.
The Buds3 Pro case can latch securely so the earbuds do not spill out when dropped.
The Buds3 Pro can support convenient single-ear controls for pause, volume, and noise cancelling.
The earbuds can fail to stay in the ear for some fits, which can prevent effective noise cancelling.
Open-box units can arrive as straight returns or with missing tips, scratches, or defective microphones.
Some units can develop crackling ANC or loud click/screech behavior that leads to returns.
The earbuds can require rotating in mid-air before insertion, which makes setup annoying.
